Lack of professionalism, competence, and willingness. On Friday (03/06) I arranged a service in my apartment for Saturday (03/07) where I requested that the person come with the card machine and scheduled the service for 11 AM since I am not living there yet, it was confirmed that they had the machine and the time. Well, on Saturday morning a locksmith called around 8 AM saying they were there to do the service, even though I wasn't in São Leopoldo, as it was not what was agreed. I informed the locksmith of the correct time and they had not been informed by anyone, but they would come at 11 when I would be there. Close to the time I called them to let them know I was already home and to confirm if they were coming with the machine, then came the news. The person said they didn't have a machine and didn't work with cards and the locksmith who had the machine had hurt their hand, I had no way to withdraw cash at that moment. I questioned the person and they told me to call the one I made the initial contact with, when I called I politely said that I had arranged one thing with them and they did another, besides the time which was wrong. The unfortunate person on the phone told me that "they couldn't do anything and let's leave it like that then" and hung up on me. These people must not like money, a bunch of incompetent clueless individuals, they shouldn't even be open, close the doors and leave it to someone who wants to work and provide quality service.
